How the Referral Works
- Submit a Property using the referral form. Include photos, access notes, and timing.
- We onboard the seller and run a targeted marketing campaign to qualified cash buyers.
- Online auction with clear terms (as-is, no contingencies). You’re looped in the entire way.
- Settlement ≈30 days . You get paid your referral from the Buyer’s Premium after closing.
Note: Buyer’s Premium is typically 10% of the high bid on ashlandauction.com; program splits may vary by deal, asset class, and state regulations.
